This summer, enjoy a healthy, refreshing treat by making your own fresh fruit popsicles! Simply use your favorite juice and fruit and follow the directions below:
- Use plastic popsicle molds or plastic cups with popsicle sticks. If using plastic cups, insert the popsicle stick in halfway through freezing so they stand up.
- Fill the containers with your choice of fresh fruit.
- Pour your favorite juice or yogurt over the fruit.
- Place in the freezer and let freeze overnight. Enjoy!
