If you’re feeling tense try these anxiety-easing tips. Use them to better handle whatever comes your way.

1. Clear the clutter
Getting organized goes a long way in reducing anxiety.  Buy a file cabinet or storage bins and rearrange your closets, pantry, or desk.

2. Work it out
Aerobic exercise is one of the most effective stress reducers.  The perfect stress-busting workout is one that uses both body and mind (try yoga or tai chi).  Exercise may also help you sleep better.

3. Delegate duties
Do this for both work and household chores.  Make a chart with household tasks and divide the responsibilities.

4. Get outside help
Nowadays, there is a service for any and every need.
If you can afford it, get somebody to do it.  If you can’t afford it, ask those around you.  Remember, you must ask to receive.
