As someone who has the natural ability to build rapport with most anyone, it’s no surprise that Kristina Poon-Wu excels as one of ACI’s Leverage Concierge Specialists for the Bay Area region. Clients love her extra-mile service in delivering customized corporate concierge benefits including coordinating exciting on-site massage events and car washes; finding discounted tickets to the best theme parks across the country; helping employees plan fun family vacations; or even training employees on how to use ACI’s new online platform, myACIonline. The combination of Kristina’s Bay Area roots along with her dedication to excellent service has led her to become a great resource for ACI’s clients, employees and family members.
Kristina has a diverse background of corporate experience and creative expertise. She has held various positions as IT Recruiter, HR Coordinator, Order Management Specialist and Distribution Analyst at GAP, Inc. while also working as a self-taught pro and local makeup artist for several photo shoots and fashion shows. Kristina shows diversity even in her education, graduating from the University of Santa Barbara with a major in Philosophy, emphasis on Ethics and Public Policy, and minor in Asian American Studies.

Kristina likes to stay fit, healthy and energetic in order to keep up with her active family life through fun physical activities such as indoor rock climbing. Such activities help keep her ready and motivated on a regular basis for all aspects of her life, from leading her daughter’s Girl Scout troop, to evolving her skills as a makeup artist and of course, providing excellent service to her clients at ACI.
