Chief Administrative Officer
Gilbert “Gil” Manzano is the Chief Administrative Officer at ACI, and often referred to as the glue of the organization. With over 15 years experience in human resources, Gil knows what it takes to build and lead a strong workforce. He specializes in providing human resources consultation and support services for clients dealing with a variety of complex employee issues and workplace challenges. A man on the front lines in dealing with critical incidents at the workplace, Gil takes pride in building relationships with clients and helping them create, promote, and instill healthy behaviors in employees.
Gil has a diverse resume of experience at organizations such as Banana Republic, Kimpton Hotel & Restaurant Group, and a branch of HP, equipping him with the necessary knowledge to succeed in handling employee issues from industry to industry. Gil’s dedication and expertise have led him to recently be named a finalist for the 2011 HR Professional of the Year by San Diego Business Journal, as well as earned him a spot as a panelist for this year’s 24th Annual Benefits Forum & Expo.
Living the ACI Way
Gil knows that a healthy body is just as important as a healthy mind. So in order to stay healthy, Gil participates in regular boot camp and Yoga classes, as well as occasional 5k and 10k runs. Here, Gil enjoys meeting new people and building positive relationships with others in his community. Gil is an excellent partner, friend, and resource, and ACI is proud to have him help lead the team.
