    Great tips, thanks! I like the suggestion to go for a walk if you think you might be eating out of boredom. I am afraid my family has so many bad habits and has defaulted to eating a lot of quick, cheap processed foods. When I looked at what my son ate the other day, it was almost all sugar (Peanut butter, gummi bears, juice, pop tart, etc)! This Mom’s Guide ( really got my attention when it reported the health problems that can come from feeding out kids too much sugar. I don’t want him to have health problems when he grows up so I am going to do my best to make some changes for our family.
