Dr. Ann Clark’s Holiday Message 2010

Over the years as CEO of ACI Specialty Benefits, I have seen many changes in your workplace and ours.  This past year especially has been full of change, as employees and family members deal with new economic realities and major life changes, and workplaces address a variety of new challenges.  ACI’s staff and clinicians have been pleased to offer caring and confidential support for employees in need, and have enjoyed providing personalized service and expert consultation to valued clients.  Through it all, it’s clear that change brings incredible possibility, and ACI looks forward to continuing to help client families and friends achieve great things and embrace new opportunities in the year ahead.

One change that I’m particularly proud of this past year is ACI’s growth.  Founded in 1983, ACI reached the nation’s Top Ten list of EAPs in 2002 and has maintained its presence since. Most recently, ACI has moved and not only doubled office space, but expanded the onsite AppleCore Wellness Center to include a full-size yoga/Pilates studio complete with fitness machines, weights, and counseling suites. For the use of ACI employees, the new Center sends a daily message that wellness is the ACI way of life.

With the corporate headquarters expansion has come a complete redesign of ACI’s logo. Yes, the puzzle pieces have come together. ACI is the solution. You’ll notice puzzle pieces replacing spheres as the center point of logos, mastheads and the many brochures and materials ACI provides to its valued customers—that’s you. As a reminder, all materials are green-friendly coming virtually to you.

A critical piece of the puzzle that forms the benefit solution is ACI customers. All of ACI’s success comes through customer service and your trust and confidence in our service. From coaching to tschotschkees, from counseling to concierge, ACI products support a holistic approach to workforce challenges. Mind, body and spirit are addressed by the many products ACI has branded as a piece of the puzzle.

Each year as I write this holiday greeting, I feel humbled by the customer base that has placed its most valued asset—the employees—in the care of ACI programs. I know I speak for all of ACI’s staff saying that we are so grateful to provide these services and treasure our relationships with each of you.
